PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The activator Drei Bond 5900 is a dual purpose product.
Bonding of components with anaerobic adhesives
The activator should be used in the following cases:
- Bonding of components at temperatures below +15°C
- Bonding of passive components
- Need to reduce technical assembly time by up to 10x
- Bonding of components when one of them is not metal
- Bonding components with Drei Bond 606 UV adhesive
- The activator is used as an initiator of the adhesive polymerisation process when bonding without using a UV lamp.

- Maximum activation time up to 24 h
APPLICATION
- Soiled surfaces should be cleaned and degreased with DB Cleaner 3200. Prepared surfaces should be dry and at room temperature.
Bonding with anaerobic adhesives
- Apply the activator to one of the materials to be bonded, the adhesive to the other.
- After applying the activator, the elements can be joined immediately.
Bonding with Drei Bond 6060 UV adhesive
- Apply the adhesive to one of the bonded surfaces and the activator DB 5900 to the other surface. Do not mix the adhesive and activator.
- Join the two parts and adjust the position of the parts in relation to each other.
- Press down for approx. 30s and then remove any excess adhesive and activator with DB Cleaner 3200.
- After approx. 3-6 hours the bond becomes fully strong.
